Ruth, is on tour and singing on the radio, unknown to her husband, as The Dixie Song Bird. Herbert Rawlinson, her husband writes the Dixie Song Bird a fan letter that indicates he may a bit of a philandering spouse. While Ruth knocks out a few songs he has some explaining to do.
