In response to American attacks on his personal headquarters, Libyan leader Muammar Ghaddafi seeks revenge. The America planes flew out of British bases, so Ghaddafi provides the IRA with a massive shipment of high-tech weapons. A retired SAS officer is sent to the Middle East to foil the plot.
