The Notre Dame High School football coach, Les Modeau has his son Crazy on the team because he is a big over grown kid who is jokingly abused by most of the other kids. He is really a very smart, artistic, caring guy who falls for the star quarterbacks girlfriend, Esmeralda, a new girl in town from France.
