Felix the Cat Braves the Briny

Felix overhears a sailor talking about diving for a sunken treasure, and decides to build a submarine so he can get there first. Things don't turn out as easy as he thought they would, though, because he winds up fighting with sharks, and after that's done, the sailor himself arrives.
