Felix the Cat Rings the Ringer

A traveling circus comes to town, and Felix attends--not because he likes the circus, but because he's hungry and is looking for some food to steal. He manages to filch some hot dogs from the hot-dog stand, and the owner gives chase. An unexpected twist results in both Felix and the owner becoming stars in the circus.
