A Rookie's Cookie

Rookie policeman El Brendel is given the assignment to clear the neighborhood of a gang of tomato-throwing juveniles and he rounds up all but one, the leader, the brother of the girl (Adele Mara, the cookie of the title) he is in love with. She, however, has a boyfriend who is a racketeer and very jealous.
