Krazy Kat is the night watchman at a wax works. As he dozes, the figures come to life.It's a pleasantly scary little cartoon, aided by a full and dark character design and background work, and a witch who is voiced to sound like May Robson in a bad mood. It seems related to those cartoons in which the items for sale in a drug store or set of bill boards might come alive when everyone goes to sleep, although it lacks the humor of making puns on well known brands or titles.
