Mr. Money Gags

In this Paramount Novertoon Tommy Tortoise is introduced to the shell game by Moe Hare, a fast promoter and con-man. But Tommy wins and doubles his money and, in desperation, Moe tries to hold him up. Tommy is responsible for Moe being captured by the police and also collects a reward.
