It's spring time, the love bug bites and Andy Clyde proposes to anything in skirts. An actress (Margia Dean), who believes Andy is a rich man, decides to accept his proposal. More footage from an earlier Clyde short (circa 1940-41) is used than new footage involving Clyde, Dean and Phil Van Zandt.
