GRanlund') is the Master of Ceremonies. Winchell is to be a judge in a beauty contest. THe contest is won by a girl, Sally O'Neil),who, as a cigarette girl, was picked by him to be a candidate. The music is supplied by Abe Lyman) and his Orchestra.
