Dizzy Yardbird
Homer, gets drafted and, after undergoing the tribulations at the induction center, oversleeps the next morning when he is to report to camp. Hie previous troubles are nothing compared to what is awaiting him at camp in the guise of a tough, no-nonsense first sergeant.
