Pilot for a drama series that focuses on the FBI in 1968. Renowned FBI agent Ross Stevens has recently transferred to the Los Angeles office in order to help his marriage and in the hopes that wife Jackie will stop drinking. Trey Morrison, a younger agent, idolizes Ross and is thrilled to be working with him. Meanwhile, Trey's sister Cindy is involved with campus radicals at UCLA which creates a problem between Trey's job and loyalty to his sister.
