A Ksitigarbha (sanskrit for "enlightened being") rescues a young boy named Brian from hell by granting him a wish with a magic gem. Later on in his life, Brian is visited by Devlin, a mysterious stranger, who reveals the secrets of his past and grants him one last wish.
