Filled with bad jokes, less than subtle genre messages and (I hate to admit) cunning character development, "Frankenchicken" has a certain aura to it that invokes 1/3 Blair Witch Project 1/3 Midnight Madness and 1/3 Dawn of The Dead.. The last .1% is Sam Raimi..."Frankenchicken" is the holy grail for Horror fans.. It's limited release has made it a bootleg classic at Horrorcons around the Northeastern USA. If you find a shady guy in an overcoat selling a copy at a horrorcon in New England, lay the money down...It's worth the price for novelty alone.
