A documentary in four parts about the history of Broadcasting in the German state Bavaria, from it's beginnings in 1924, over the "Gleichschaltung" under the Nazi rulership, the re-establishing under American control after the war and the addition of TV to the "Bayerischen Rundfunk" in the early 50s to the present (1999).
