Because their landlord has raised their rent, Leon (Leon Erroll) and his wife (Barbara Jo Allen) decide to move. Their new apartment is in a building condemned by the city inspector, and they start on a series of misadventures with the same moving van carrying their possessions. At one point, they get lost and wind up in another state and have a problem getting back.
