The dancer Naimah lives with her mother-in-law, the mistress who loves money. Naimah gets to know the singer Ismail Gaber and love connects their hearts. The mother-in-law objects to this marriage, because the poverty of this novice singer cannot bring money. She chooses a wealthy husband for Naimah and forces her to accept him. Naimah has to marry rich villager (Shaban) who mistreats her. Naimah leaves him and runs away, but her feet get broken, preventing her from moving for a long time. Her fans get away and so she returns to Muhammad Ali Street where she meets Ismail, whose star began shine in singing. Ismail stands by her so she would know the value of loved ones who cannot be bought with money.
