Night club dancer Flo (Carol Hughes) persuades her janitor-and ex-vaudeville-performer boyfriend, Nifty (Gil Lamb), to overcome his timidity and ask the club manager Burke (Emory Parnell) for an audition. The series of mishaps almost causes Nifty to lose his janitoring job.
