The second part of the series consists of 13 episodes. During the entire first part, Major Deyanov and Velinsky are in a constant direct clash, defeating one or the other. In the second part, Velinsky appears less often, but continues to be the main negative character. He became the head of an International "spy factory" aimed at destroying the new order in Bulgaria. Major Deyanov and Mitko Bomba (who is already referred to as "Captain Bombov"), under the command of the head of the Bulgarian counterintelligence act against spies and saboteurs sent by Velinsky and American spies.
