Set at the turn of the 20th century in colonial Singapore, this telemovie features the wisecracking exploits of Liang Kuan (Ix Shen) as he deals with villains. A beautiful female spy a la Bond girl Zhao Li (Fann Wong) with a mysterious past arrives to aid him in his mission.
