Two boys place a brick under a hat. Along comes a magician. He makes a pass over the hat and takes from it a quantity of jewelry and money, much to the amazement of the boys. The magician then replaces the valuables under the hat and passes on. The boys jump out to seize them, whereupon the hat explodes.
