Messenger Eung-nam is robbed of a large sum of money by bandit couple, Yang-jin and Yong-nyeo. A warrent is issued for the arrest of Eung-nam who is suspected of stealing the money for himself. He forms an uneasy alliance with Yong-nyeo, who has been betrayed by Yang-jin, in order to recover the money.
