Steven Valent (Russ Russo) is a seemingly normal college student who has moved into the general population at City College from his home on Valent Hill. The students embrace him especially Vanessa (Liz Lark Brown), but a dark secret lies within. When a gay student turns up dead, the search is on for the killer.
