Virgie, a veteran stripper and a junkie, is threatened by the new star in the club, Melanie, a put-upon girl brought in by a common friend, Liza. Virgie's boyfriend, Tikboy, is in love with Melanie and wants to elope with her to a new life. This jealousy brings Virgie to a tragic decision and would put Melanie to a vindictive resolution.
