Millions of people have vanished and the world is in turmoil. The media machine is busy pumping out theories about government conspiracies, the Rapture, and alien invasions in an effort to explain what has happened. In a quiet trailer park somewhere in rural USA, Randy, a young redneck simpleton who is left alone after his nagging wife mysteriously vanishes, is introduced to what this new world has to offer when he falls in love at the local supermarket.
