Frau am Klavichord
Frau am Klavichord is the first part of the Übermalungen ("overpaintings") trilogy by painter and director Jürgen Böttcher. In this film, he takes the viewer to a new dimension by painting over the images on postcards. Using black paint, he conceals some parts of the image, while emphasizing others, opening the artwork up for new interpretation.
