Ostend. Summer 2004. It's hot and macho Marcel is in love with waitress Kim. She likes him, but is not impressed. Meanwhile lifeguard Herman has his own issues: he loves his daughter but not his wife. All problems come to a sudden end when Marcel's partner in crime unfolds his master-plan.
