On the shady side of town, in a sleazy hotel reserved for those down on their luck, lives a problem solver called Walter. The work is dirty and his clients are desperate and corrupt. With a limited intellect and the demeanor of a bulldozer, he unintentionally tips the scales of justice and give his clients more trouble than they bargained for.
