This is a story about a little brave spirit that saves a crying girl and a flooded city. A girl is sitting on top of a city and her sadness and tears flood the whole city. One little resident can't stand the leaking problem in the room anymore, grabbing a bag and an umbrella, the little person decides to step out of the room and go on a journey. A magical and bizarre adventure follows.
