Mrs O'Faolaoin run's a guest house for female Irish language students. Chain smoker Tracy is bored to death until Nicola arrives. Nicola is sharing her bedroom with Sylvia, who turns out to be a man. Tracy is convinced that something sinister is going on and devotes herself to finding answers and to keeping Nicola away from a murderer .
