The Way of All Fish
Ned Sparks is hen-pecked law clerk whose wife and daughter want him to take them to New York on his vacation. But he is a fishing bug, the same as his boss, who orders him to take them to the country so they can go fishing. He is also a purist who has his own ideas as to what is the proper lure/bait to be used, and worms isn't what he chooses. So he gets into a fight with a man using worms as bait, and they end up in Judge Holman's court.
