Uzar, an evil aquatic alien scientist, has been blown out of his home planet by the living byproducts of his own evil experiment. With no place to go, he retreats to Earth, finding refuge in an unsuspecting family's creepy mansion. Madness, terror, and laughs soon follow in this pilot episode to a hilarious children's series.
