When an animal shelter employee Samantha encounters a devilish canine named Charlie Dickens her job becomes a nightmare. Nobody else seems to understand the power this dog has to ruin her daily routine. When she collides with a PETA crazed couple and a demanding doggie purse fashionista she seems to be facing a nervous breakdown. A quick switcheroo may just do the trick.
