Resembling a bizarre cross between atomic era instructional video and MTV music video, "Heroin Cake" takes place in a basement room. In the room, a man in lab coat makes a cake laced with heroin. The dish offers him momentarily release from the conforming artifacts that engulf him. Stalin watches on, as all good trips come to a depressing end.
