When Ray (Jeff Smith) is promoted to the special operations of the elite police force, he witnesses first hand their brutal tactics. But when he turns to his close friend and fellow 'deathsquad' officer, Markus (Louis Lapat), for help in getting off special ops, he finds himself alone. When the force sends a squad to eliminate Ray, his only resort is to turn his gun against the other officers.
