This short documentary chronicles Pilot TV: Experimental Media For Feminist Trespass, a temporary autonomous television studio built in Chicago in 2004. Splicing the experiential anecdotes of Pilot organizers with a melange of finished works, A Call and An Offering posits a pyschedelic blueprint for future Piloteers, with the hopes that trespassing mainstream media is possible.
