While out on a routine patrol in the Balkans, a patrol split up, and confronted by an unseen sniper. Fear gets the best of them, and one of them is cut down by their own. Seeing this as an opportunity to escalate, the General orders a full retaliation, and the consequences of "fear" are fully explored.
