Jacob has fallen deeply in love with Leilani, a mysterious girl that hides a big secret. But Jacob doesn't care for that, his mind only sees a beauty that took a liking to his geeky exterior. In their daily walk through Jacob's campus, a fellow classmate and preppyguy, barge into their conversation. Leilani leaves the conversation and the guys return to their dorm to prepare for their movie night.Stuck helping his roommate, Jacob welcomes two peculiar girls to the party. The girls charm Jacob and convince him to join them in a secluded part of the party. Jacob follows them. One of the girls, Esmeralda poisons a cup of beer and gives it to Jacob. He accepts and passes out after he drinks it. Jacob wakes up tied up in a basement. He's surrounded by a five girls dress in black holding candles. Rune, the leader of the witchcoven recites a chant, but Jacob interrupts as he wakes up. The girls get tired of Jacob's muffled screams and unmasked him. Leilani forms part of the coven and she's stunned when she discovers that the masked sacrifice is Jacob. Leilani admits her relationship with Jacob and her coven becomes anxious since her sacrifice turns out that isn't exactly as "pure" as they thought. The coven tries to come up with a backup plan, as Iman, one of the witches, intimidates Jacob into silence. Leilani defends her actions, but Anastasia rallies her coven against the college geek. ButJacob offers a deal that the coven ends accepting, he traded his life for his preppy roommate and his obnoxious personality.
