Two federal agents by the name of Santos and Rob are trying to bust Alfredo. They turn the corner and Jackpot. Quickly locating Alfredos yacht. Santos and Rob don't have a warrant so they play the roll like they belong there. Little do they know Alfredo's girlfriend Juliet is sunbathing on the deck of the Express Charter and knows exactly what they have on their agenda.
