Housemate Wanted

Anna's housemates always leave without notice and without paying rent, another one has now 'left' and now she must find a new housemate. Lukas, a friendly Polish builder, responds to her advert, but Lukas starts to notice Anna's strange behaviour. Will he also 'leave' without notice?
