At age 18 they join Conscripted Motherhood, give life to 3 novel citizens, and then go on to study as a Mother of Nation at the State University. They have an option to choose a civilian profession, in that case however, they get sterilized. Only if they work for the National Ministry of Population-Growth, can they skip Conscription and keep their fertility, but the agents have to keep the Program going for 20 years.
