When two college students return to school after a weekend trip, they find their campus stricken by a virus that turns its victims into ninja. Joining the last remaining survivors inside a single fortified building, the choices are grim: wait for help to arrive, or charge through the ninja hordes waiting outside. But as paranoia and opportunism begin to run rampant, the survivors find that the danger inside may be even greater than the one surrounding them.
