We are the organization that thrives in keeping the memory of Grand Master Sifu Sensei Hokkaido Qi alive. His vision to not be "... a stupid boy" was very progressive, yet universal. This film contains footage that was found floating in the west bay of Leyte in the Visayan Islands of the Philippines. After a lengthy restoration period, the filmed segments were compiled, edited and put together by our foundation to preserve the ancient art of M.E.S.P.H.P.K.G.F.
