The Boys Who Came to Play

Between 1948 and 1952, Manitoba experienced the Golden Age of Prairie Baseball. 200 black US baseball players, members of the dismantled Negro Leagues, came north and gave Manitobans the best baseball they'd ever seen, or may ever see again.
