Father Tom, a young priest, is in the midst of a vocation crisis. He journeys to a small town parish to seek the advice from his mentor, Father Nick. During his visit, Tom discovers that his fellow priest is about to be exposed for a past moral violation. Nick, in torment and pain, seeks the counsel of his young colleague. But for Tom, the secret revealed is unforgivable. Their mutual trust broken, Nick chooses isolation as his only solace, while Tom must evaluate the repercussions of his response.
