Steve, the egotistical corporate executive, plans to build an electricity generating plant in Brazilian rain forest. His brother Matt, suggests he may be doing the Brazilians more harm than good. Steve is rough with his brother's activist friend and in fact, everyone who stands in his way. Despite his mother's attempts to keep the peace, the project threatens to alienate them forever. One of them has to step back and look at their future as a family. Only one of them has the power to change the course of events.
