Reassigned

After Jess calls her brother asking him to leave work to come over to talk, he rushes over expecting terrible news. After she divulges that she doesn't feel like herself, and has been inspired by Kaitlin Jenner to also have a surgery, Jeff assumes he is telling her she is a transgender person. He soon finds out that is not exactly what she meant.
