Andy Milligan’s incomplete Civil War horror picture on the Civil War in the USA. Shot on Staten Island and starring the great Hal Borske. Milligan said the film was complete save for a finale he was unable to shoot so this is all that exists of the film. Workprint version released on byNWR.com on December 1, 2019.
