"The Time Machines. Declaration of Principles" is an unfinished project due to lack of financial resources. The objective was to create an open source file, where domestic videos contributed by anonymous citizens could be stored. Our aim: to generate a film space to the daily history of citizens of the city of El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona.
