A hosted horror movie show with Pete Paterson as "Mad Daddy" presenting movies on Monday nights 11:15pm on WBTV, Channel 3 Charlotte, North Carolina from the Fall of 1958 until the Summer of 1959. Pat Patterson's make-up consisted of simple grease paint scars, a fright wig and a blood-stained lab coat. "Mad Daddy" showed all of the "Shock" titles were run. House of Frankenstein was the first one shown, and the final one was Horror Island.
